- Once an appointment is confirmed, it cannot be transferred or refunded under any circumstances.
Postponement Policy:
- Postponements of appointments are allowable with a minimum of 10 days' notice before the scheduled date.
- Postponements made within the 10-day window before the scheduled appointment will result in campsite fees being charged.
- It is important to note that bookings cannot be postponed or canceled on the day of the scheduled appointment.
Cancellation and Modification Clause:
- Cancellations must be made according to the outlined guidelines above. No cancellations or modifications are allowed on the day of the scheduled appointment.
